Every home is unique, and every cleaning fee is individually based.

Things that will affect the amount of your house cleaning estimate includes the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms and how often you want us to clean, etc.

Prices vary by frequency of visits, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and so on.

The first visit which is more detailed costs more than subsequent visits. Our rate starts at $135 and goes up from that. 

Here is the price based on regular visits (after the initial cleaning) so you can have an idea:

1 bedroom/1bathroom -  starts at $125

2 bedroom/1bathroom - Starts at $135

These prices includes cleaning: 1(one) kitchen, 1(one) bathroom, 1(one) living room.

Additional rooms - range from $10 to $30 each - bedrooms, bathrooms, dinning room, home office, TV room, etc...

 

MAINTENANCE CLEANINGS:

Weekly visits take much less time than your initial cleaning and cost less because your home has been thoroughly cleaned and simply needs maintenance cleaning.

Some homes need only maintenance cleanings while others need quite a bit of work and take longer. The size and condition of your home determines how long it will take to clean.
