House cleaning Rates

Pretty in Pink Maids provides professional house cleaning services for homeowners in Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Daniel Island, and Sullivan’s Island.

Every home is unique, so cleaning prices are individually based on factors such as the size of the home, number of residents, pets, number of bathrooms, and how often the home is cleaned.

Prices vary by frequency of visits, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and so on.

The first visit, which is more detailed, costs more than subsequent visits. Our rate starts at $135 and goes up from there. 

Here is the price based on regular Biweekly visits (after the initial cleaning) so you can have an idea:

1 bedroom/1bathroom -  starts at $135

2 bedroom/1bathroom - Starts at $145

These prices includes cleaning: 1(one) kitchen, 1(one) bathroom, 1(one) living room.

Additional rooms - range from $10 to $35 each - bedrooms, bathrooms, dinning room, home office, TV room, etc...

 

MAINTENANCE CLEANINGS:

Weekly visits take much less time than your initial cleaning and cost less because your home has been thoroughly cleaned and simply needs maintenance cleaning.

Some homes need only maintenance cleanings while others need quite a bit of work and take longer. The size and condition of your home determines how long it will take to clean.
