Every house is unique, and every cleaning fee is individually based.
Things that will affect the amount of your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want us to clean, etc.
Prices vary by one visit, bi-weekly or weekly.
The first visit costs more than subsequent visits.

Studio - $55
1 bedroom - $60
2 bedroom - $70
These prices include cleaning: 1(one) kitchen, 1(one) bathroom, 1(one) living room.
Additional rooms - range from $10 to $25 each - bed, bathrooms, dinning room, home office, TV room, etc...

MAINTENANCE CLEANINGS:
Weekly visits take much less time than your initial cleaning and cost less because your home has been thoroughly cleaned and simply needs maintenance cleaning.
Some homes need only maintenance cleaning while others need quite a bit of work and take longer. The size and condition of your home determines how long it will take to clean.

SPECIAL SERVICES:

DeClutter and organization
Hourly rate of $25.
You can either book a set number of hours, or for a specific area the arrangement can be more flexible. Generally speaking, an average room will take between four and five hours, so a rough idea of cost would be between $100 and $125. However, please bear in mind that not all rooms are average and clutter comes in many shapes and forms!
